Workman Like Manner is Similar to Implied Warranty of Habitability

There are a lot of definitions out there, but they’re all very similar. One that I find beneficial from some Oklahoma case law is that a good workman-like manner means in such a way that workmen of average skill and intelligence, the conscientious workman, would do the job. It is good, average work.
What is considered the work of a man of good workman-like ability.
What this means is that the workman-likability creates an implied warranty much like the warranty of habitability, and that a new home being constructed under good workman-like manner is or will be reasonably fit for occupancy.
As you can see, it goes hand in hand with the implied warranty of habitability.
